Traditional Kiwi bach situated midway between Mokau and Awakino villages, right on the beach. Awesome views of the ocean and Mt Taranaki from the deck. 5 minutes to Mokau village where there are 2 cafes, takeaways and the local butcher. Also an EV charging station. 5 minutes north is Awakino and the Awakino pub. 1 hour to Te Kuiti and 1hr 15min to New Plymouth. This is a comfortable, homely little bach with the beach right on your doorstep. Mokau has great fishing and surfing all year round, and whitebaiting through the season. I don’t accept last minute enquiries. At least 3 days ahead of booking is preferred.
