Leveret Villa is a beautifully presented recently refurbished 2 – storey villa situated beside the 7th Hole of the 18 hole Dunes Golf Course in Matarangi. It overlooks the putting green and the lake with an stunning view of the iconic Giant in the Coromandel. This is a perfect holiday stay for golfing enthusiasts with a very short walk to the Dunes Golf Shop, restaurant and the bowling greens. Tennis courts are also close by. The long white sandy beach is a 5 minute walk through walkways and an easy walk along the harbour and around the spit is just minutes away. Leveret Villa is able to sleep 5 guests with three bedrooms upstairs, two of which have queen beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. The upstairs bathroom includes two sinks, heated towel rails, a shower, bath and toilet. Downstairs includes open plan living with a full kitchen, dining area and lounge and opens to a deck overlooking the lake where you can enjoy sitting and watching the sunset. A second bathroom includes a shower and toilet and the laundry includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen opens onto a back deck with seating to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. The Villa is heated by a heat pump. There are two allocated parking spaces for Villa 27 directly outside the back door. There are other Villas nearby, please respect other people’s privacy and also noise in the evening. Children are more than welcome, please be aware there is a lake backing on to the property which is not fenced off. A great spot for a relaxing break and an opportunity to enjoy the golf course and our beautiful beach at Leveret Villa.
