About this Holiday House

Two bedroom self contained house located approximately 30 minutes from airport at south side Titikaveka village. House has open planned kitchen, dinning area, and lounge. House has screen covered windows and ceiling fans. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, gas oven stove and microwave. Main bedroom has Queen bed and second bedroom two single beds. Washing machine in laundry. Seperate toilet. Lounge has television, DVD player and mini stereo. Grounds are fenced and gated. General store with petrol service and bus stop located next door along with gym facilities in hall. Sports field across from back fence. Lagoon beach located 40 meters across road.

Kano Store – located eastward next door – bus stop located on either side of road from store for ‘clockwise’ or ‘anti-clockwise’ buses to Avarua town. Polynesian Rental Cars & Bikes Hire depot located 5 minutes up road towards church. Popular Papaaroa picnic swimming lagoon beach is located in easy walking distance (10 minutes) heading west from Ka’u Ariki house. The Hidden Spirit Café and Gardens are located about 15-20 minute walk eastwards from the Ka’u Ariki house. Charlies - popular lunch and dinner bar & grill a further 5 minute walk past Hidden Spirit Café. Cook Island Christian Church – five minute walk eastwards - visitors welcome every Sunday 10am – service in Cook Island language - singing worth hearing. Puaua's market stall for produce & food availability displayed on roadside chalk board - located a further 5 minute walk past the Church on right hand side of road.

Had an absolute blast here!! the house was immaculate, perfect for what we wanted and needed. Owners were so lovely and accommodating. Freah fruit bowls upon arrival. Conveniently located right next to a dairy for your shopping needs. Beach across the road. Perfect for individuals who like or need to use the internet often as the Hotspot tower to located next door. In my opinion there not a single fault to this property. We will be back for sure. Thank you again to the Peter's family. We absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay here tenfold.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ka'u Ariki House in August. The house is very clean and spacious, the location is next to a dairy store and bus stop, the beach is 1 min stroll from the house. The beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The hosts are very nice and friendly people that will visit you from time to time just to check if you need anything. They treat you like a family member and are very helpful. We were very happy with the experience and would like to come back for longer stay.
