Easy stroll to the Estuary, Diary & Take away 3 levels with master bedroom on top floor, down a level to main open plan living area & deck where you can soak up the sun & enjoy sea views. 2 bedrooms on this level, 1 queen bed & 2 singles. Downstairs converted garage with ample bedding (bunks - 2 sets of singles). Another room with queen bed. Off the foyer another bedroom with queen bed. Out the back a very user friendly & private inground lap pool. Outdoor furniture AND a man cave.

What a great place to stay. We used this house for two families for a 4 day weekend. We had a family wedding in Whangamata and this house was perfect. While it has 6 bedrooms it could also easily cater for us all when we were just hanging around whether it be on the deck, by the pool or watching tv. Some houses have lots of bedrooms but no other spaces. Excellent well equipped kitchen. The shortest walk to the beach and only a 5 min drive to town. We would easily return and never hesitate to recommend this very family friendly home.

There is a $59 admin fee, a cleaning fee of $150 and a security bond minimum of $500.00, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.
Check in time for BH is 12pm and checkout time is 10am. Check in time for peak is 2pm, check out 10am am this could be subject to change if another booking overlaps. (Late checkout rates can apply).
