The 2nd bedroom is has a queen size bed, wardrobe and dresser and outdoor access to the back deck with two more sun loungers. The third bedroom has two single beds, built in wardrobe and dresser. It has access to the front deck which has two further sun loungers. The fourth bedroom has a single bed with a trundler bed and opens up to the front deck. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Comfortable lounge downstairs with two 3 seater couches. The lounge upstairs has two 3 seater couches. Large dining table inside plus large outdoor table and chairs on the back deck gets evening sun, new gas barbecue. Outdoor shower to wash under after returning from the beach. It has a washing machine and dryer plus an outdoor clothes line and indoor drying rack. Off street parking for 3 vehicles. Short easy walk to the beach, local shop, tennis courts, playground, park and toddler pool, everything is within a 5 minute walk. Private secure property the back yard is completely fenced off. Off street parking. Waikuku Beach has a surf club that is patrolled over the summer. Check in is after 2.00pm and check out is at 10.00 am. Self entry via a lock box. Good local beach, forest and estuary walks which is home to a variety of bird life. The local shop does really good takeaway fish and chips with homemade batter. Pegasus town and golf course is a 5 minute drive. Rangiora is a 10 minute drive. Rangiora has everything you need as far as shopping and supplies. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away.
