This holiday home exceeded our expectations. Very modern. well presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a great location. The photos here do no do it any justice. While it was not on the beach it was right across the road from the approved access to a perfect private beach. The house was very clean and our host Nooroa was great arranging transfers ad a brand new BBQ. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay ad we'll be back.

Absolutely loved staying here. It is so cute and perfect. It was unknowingly so close to everything that we needed and wanted. The owner and manager are both very active and will quickly respond to any needs when mentioned. The place has a little book that has all the basics to get you going such as bus, water and other little bits of information. Amazing beach right across the road through a beach access (can't see it well from the house if that's a must for you). Will definitely be staying here again on my ventures back to Rarotonga. HIGHLY recommend.

Great house that easily accommodated my family plus my Dad. The house was nice and clean and had everything you needed for a holiday. Nooroa who looks after the unit was super friendly and if we needed anything we just needed to ask. Lawn area did have quite a lot of dog faeces so walking across that was like walking on a minefield. My biggest disappointment was that when booking the unit - looking at the map location we were on the beach side of the road, opposite Wigmore's Store. Once we arrived and finally found the house we were actually on the other side of the road looking straight into a rental car company who started cleaning their cars very early in the morning until late in the day. Sitting on the deck and enjoying a view was NOT an option. You need to change the map location for this house to show it is definitely not beachside OR did it have easy access nearby for the beach. We all felt really mislead and quite disappointed.
