As the name suggests this is truly a sanctuary located in an exclusive lakeside suburb. Situated only metres from Rippon Vineyard and the lake. Easily accessible to lakeside pathway. There is 2 spaces for off street parking. There is no covered parking or garage available. Easy access on and off property.

Wonderful views of the mountains; Centrally located very close to lake and easy walking to town and lake edge. Private and quiet set in a landscaped native garden; private terrace; with great indoor outdoor flow.

Major ski fields 30 minutes drive, beaches, wind surfing only 100 metres down private walkway. only 3 minute walk to Edgewater cafe, and restaurant

Pros: Lovely house, nice and warm for a winter vacation. Located in quiet part of Wanaka, 2-3 minutes to a beautiful lakefront walking track. Comfortable beds and linen, spacious living areas. 2 full sized bathrooms (effectively 2 ensuites). Cons: Rangehood not effective for basic frying, had to open the windows to avoid setting off the smoke detector. House could benefit from having a BBQ. Overall: Excellent, would stay here again.
