Cool off with a lake dip when you stay at this spacious holiday home, situated less than 5 minutes walk to the lake shore. This four bedroom property is great for families, with a large open plan living area with full kitchen, dining area and lounge space. Open the glass doors to the outdoor entertaining area for either an early morning coffee or warm summer's BBQ. A log burner in the cooler months to provide warmth and ambience, or simply turn on the heat pump year round to keep the temperature just right. Plenty of off-road parking and double garage for parking or to store summer/winter gear .
This property has 4 bedrooms over two floors. The master bedroom is situated downstairs, and enjoys its own area away from the rest of the rooms offering privacy. It has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, and boasts its own walk in wardrobe to store your belongings. Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms, sharing use of the other bathroom with a bath tub and a shower. There is a king room, plus two super king rooms which can be split into twin rooms also. An air conditioning unit on the upstairs landing ensures to keep this area cooler in the summer months. There’s even a glimpse of the lake from the top floor! Explore Wanaka on bike right from your door step on the connecting paths, choosing to head to town or out to the iconic "Wanaka Tree" or explore further along the Millenium track. Number 3 is 20 mins walk or a short drive along the lake to the town centre. There is a newly installed park right by the lake suited for children under 10. The minimum stay at Number 3 is 3 nights.
