Welcome to our beach home which is only a 30 second stroll to the white sands of Wainui Beach. Great for swimming, surfing, walking or doing absolutely nothing. We enjoy taking our coffee or breakfast to 'Gary's seat' which looks South to the old lighthouse and north to Makarori headland. Notes: The superking bed can be split into 2 singles by request. We value our neighbours, so by all means relax on the deck with a wine but no parties or loud constant noise please. The space This is our family home. While you enjoy what we have all year, we take the opportunity and pop off in our motorhome. Our home is private, comfortable, and quiet. A place you can totally relax in. In summer enjoy the shade of large pohutukawa or retreat to our swing seat on the back terrace; In winter our heat pump will keep you warm and cosy. No matter what the weather you'll find a space to retreat to. We’ll even throw in body boards, learner soft surfboard & umbrella. Our house is suitable for children. In addition to the beach the primary school playground next door will keep kids happy for hours. A reserve across the road feels like an extension to our property! Guest access We are directly opposite a beach reserve with easy access to the beach. Interaction with guests We will meet and greet you and show you the ropes. If we are away there is a key in the lockbox. We supply a hard copy information folder. Other things to note Wainui houses rely on rain water so during summer please go easy on consumption. Help notes given free! We rent a privately fenced unit on the rear of our section. Our current tenant is very quiet. Only the driveway is shared.
