Situated at Te Ngaere Bay, a small seaside community, about 40 minutes drive north of Kerikeri. The owners parents built their dream house using Hinuera Stone, Cedar and Rimu beams. The house provides a comfortable roomy place to relax and enjoy the sea and its wild life. There are many activities, including fishing, diving, golfing, boating and many scenic walks from coastal to Kauri forest walks. There is a stream at the end of the beach that provides boat launching for 4WD vehicles. The Whangaroa Harbour is situated 30 minutes drive to the north and is well worth a cruise to see the dramatic rock formations. Please read the following conditions carefully, by renting the house you are agreeing to these. The maximum number of Guests is seven. No smoking is permitted on the property. No parties are permitted unless the owner has agreed to allow it, in writing. Any breakages must be reported to the owner. All Guest's rubbish is to be removed. The owner may request a bond The driveway is shared and must be left clear, there is plenty of parking spaces. Please be considerate of others, Te Ngaere bay is a small family friendly community. Any used linen needs to be left in the wash house. Charging of EV's is not allowed.
