This property is absolute beachfront as the photos show. The house has been completely renovated over the years and is very comfortable with up to date modern facilities. Te Ngaere is a very safe beach and is just 25 minutes from Kerikeri. Kauri Cliffs Golf Course is just five minutes away at the top of the hill. Excellent beach for the launching of boats Not available over Christmas from December25 to january14
