Amazing Location - Very Close to Matarangi Beach!! This is one of the best spots at Matarangi !! Very comfortable 3 bedroom Lockwood home kiwibach with high ceilings, open plan dining area & living room that goes onto a very large split level deck with seating - sea views from the house & deck. The house is very close to the beach & shops - only a 2 min walk to the beach with direct access and no roads to cross. The Lockwood home is located on the back of two joining sections providing a very large flat land (1,500sqm) in front of the house, a huge playing area for kids. The property is fully fenced with direct access to the beautiful Matarangi beach - just walk out the side gate and onto the reserve which goes right to the beach. The house has all the appliances, including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer. The house has a laundry, outdoor furniture and a 3 burner BBQ. The section is large and flat, plenty of off street parking with loads of room for parking the boat. Overall a great place to stay, in a fantastic spot very close to Matarangi beach!
