Beautiful modern open plan, high rise studio apartment, newly built with all modern furnishings and finished to a high standard with everything you might need for your holiday. We invite guests who are over the age of 25yrs to stay. Views of the beautiful ocean lagoon and stunning mountains from inside and out. You can relax, indulge and enjoy all your heart desires, in our breezy, spacious studio apartment that is fully furnished, with a very spacious bathroom .Whether you enjoy lazing on the beach or getting out and about exploring the lagoon and wilderness, Mana Tiaki studio welcomes you to our slice of Paradise, where you feel at home away from home.

Wonderful views of lagoon ocean and mountains. Centrally located easy walking to town and bars. Huge by fold doors, that opens out on to an outdoor deck and seating area. Car hire and airport transfers available at an extra cost. unlimited internet onsite, enquire for rates.

Across the road from the Cook Island Game Fishing Club bar and beach. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Avarua Town centre. Close to bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Bus stops outside the door.

Mana Tiaki is a great find for anyone who wishes to self cater and enjoy a relaxed environment. Cook Island Fishing Club directly across the road, offering great hospitality along with Ray's hut on the beach with excellent fresh seafood options and outdoor beach seating. Sharon is an excellent host, with all bases covered, we had already hired a car however if we hadnt we would have taken Sharon up on their rental car hire. Wi Fi was great which was important as this was a working holiday. Mana Tiaki is offers excellent value for money with the comfort of home. Dogs were friendly and Roosters were many.

Fiancé and I stayed here for 9 days. Perfect location, close to everything, beautiful scenic views and beautiful hosts. Sharon and Apii were amazing, lovely couple and extremely helpful with anything we needed! Not to mention the beautiful pups that came for a cuddle each morning, made our holiday so special. Can’t wait to stay again.

$50 fee will be charged for any postponements.
Additional one-off cleaning fee of $100 will be also charged. Please note the cleaning fee is part of the booking total and will not be refunded at the end of your stay.
Check out before 10am or $50 late fee would be charged.
Full payment for accommodation must be paid 1 month in advance of arrival to Mana Tiaki Studio.
No refund will be given for any cancelations of the booking for less that 28 days notice to the commencement date of the term being booked.
