Attractive Property situated on water front with lovely water views across to Waiheke from sun drenched decks. Safe swimming beach. Large lounge and deck with panoramic views, directly opposite the beach and wharf. Walk to 3 cafes or stroll along the broadwalk coastline.Beachlands shopping centre 5 minutes away with Countdown, cafes, restaurants and a bar. Located 2 minutes from Omana Regional Park, 40min from central Auckland and 5 min from Formosa Golf Club, and Pine Harbour restuarant and bars and ferry to downtown Auckland. 15 min drive to Clevedon Farmers Market and wineries. Three double bedrooms, one shower, one bath, two toilets, 55" LCD t.v., and 3 x t.v. in 3 bedrooms. dvd, fully furnished, fridge, washing machine etc, fire place, linen and fully equiped kitchen. Internet available. A MINIMUM 3 NIGHT RENTAL IS REQUIRED. NO CLEANING CHARGES APPLY.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay at when my son got married. The beach front house is in the centre of the beach & commands great views from the front family room & master bedroom as well as the front deck. Amenities were all good, the couches & beds were really comfortable. Sharon was really great to deal with. Maraetai beach is a lovely safe beach to swim with a pier & great views of all the Islands in Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke Island etc. We would highly recommend to any family.

A comfortable and homely stay where we could gather together as a family. Appreciated the original décor and ambience of former days. The views were magnificent and the house well provisioned with comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. A handy location close to cafes and an excellent restaurant. Would definitely stay there again.
