The owner was excellent and was very quick to reply with any queries that I had. Great location seemed very easy to go to anywhere. The place is very old but was clean when we arrived. The air conditioning is only in the loungeroom but cooled the place down sufficiently after it had been on for a while. The washing machine was in good working order, I didn't try the drier. On the down side regardless of how much I followed the instructions I couldn't get the oven to work. The fridge, even after playing around with the thermostat kept on half freezing things. The flyscreen on the front door should be repaired as we couldn't leave the door open for the flies. The backyard could do with a tidy up so you could spend some time out there. And needs some tea towels

While it could be good, the property hadn't been cleaned and the towels and sheets from the last visitor were on the floor in the bathroom. The cleaner did come but the shower was in dire need of a clean after he left.

Awesome location. Awesome amenities. Quite spacious. The requirements are that you respect noise levels and are quiet as much as possible. We were there for a sports comp for my son, had 2 young children along for the stay as well. We managed to keep things quiet and was an enjoyable stay. Not suitable for those who are rowdy and wanting to have a party as it is a unit and neighbour's are right next door. Has everything you need and more. Heaps of pillows, blankets, kitchen utensils, even pantry is stocked with cereal, cooking oils, etc. Will be staying there again.
