The property owners are newcomers to Rotorua and wish to share their home which they have called “Pakeho. This is Maori for limestone. Pakeho was the name of the hill country property they previously farmed at Wairamarama in northern Waikato. A comfortable home on a quiet right of way in Lynmore, which has three bedrooms and two living areas. The living areas open out onto a large patio, which is fully fenced and has a boundary of beautiful native bush full of bird life and is accessible from the property. This is an ideal spot for summer barbecues and is safe for children. The living areas are both heated on cold winter evenings with gas fires. There is a modern well equipped kitchen with a large gas cook top, large oven and dish washer. There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom is large with an ensuite. The second and third bedrooms are both doubles and are serviced by a second bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. We limit numbers to 6 thank you. There is a washing machine and drier situated in the garage with a large area available for storing mountain bikes. This is an ideal base for cycling in the Redwoods, which is five minutes cycle away, to explore Rotorua which is four kms away or further afield to the beautiful lakes, Tarawera, Okareka or Rotoiti. The Redwoods Centre for cafes and takeways is three minutes drive or ten minutes stroll across the park.
