About this Holiday House

Two modern architecturally designed homes, sitting on a large private landscaped section with ample parking. Each is unique and can be rented separately, or the whole property as one. Te Kea Hut: 1 Queen bedroom; and 6 (custom built) king single bunks in second bedroom. Kaka Pod: 1 Queen bedroom; and 1 queen / 1 king single custom built bunks in second bedroom. We are after responsible & respectful couples or family groups. Large young groups/students wanting to party, go elsewhere please.

Special Amenities

7 minute walk downhill to the lake and easy walk from there along the lakefront into town. Ripponlea is an older part of Wanaka, sheltered and quiet. Property includes indoor fires/heaters, outdoor fire, deck, Cedar stainless 'stoked' hot outdoor bath, hot outdoor shower, weber BBQ's, shade umbrella, Bluetooth Yamaha Stereo with indoor & outdoor speakers, Wifi, off street parking for several cars/boat, all beds brand new and super comfy. There is a smart TV in the mezzanine and a range of dvd’s.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Short Walk to Rippon Vineyard & Lake. Handy side of town for heading to Treble Cone. Very well located.

Kath was very efficient and lovely to deal with. Everything was clean, well facilitated, and outdoor seating area was really nice!

A lovely tranquil get away, nestled amongst a beautiful garden with views of the hills. Nicely appointed accommodation without being over the top, and super comfortable beds :). I throughly recommended Te Kea Hut.
