The location was great, and the house was comfortable. It had everything you needed, plus a few treats upon arrival. The gardens surrounding the house made the stay more enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Cherry Tree Lane to anyone, there was even a place to sit outside to enjoy the gardens.

It's a great house to stay in, it has everything you need and want and some little treats for you during your stay. We only met Marian and she was a lovely friendly host. The house is set back from the road, so no noise, there is a big garden to look out into, which is very relaxing. The house is only 4 minutes from Te Awamutu, which has two big supermarkets and shops, as well as many places to eat, there is also a movie theatre and it's only a short drive to Cambridge or a 30-minute drive to Hamilton so overall it's in an excellent location to do many things including relax.

A lovely spot with beautiful gardens. The house is very well equipped. We were just passing through so only stayed one night but should we be back next year we would happily stay for two or three days.
