Quiet, self contained, two bedrooms, set in peaceful country garden and surroundings Comfortable beds with cotton sheets & feather or wool duvets & fairy down blankets. Four lazy boy chairs in lounge. Separate laundry in garage & table tennis table. 4 minutes to town. Clean & welcoming.

Quiet separate unit in country surroundings. Two bedrooms; Queen bed and two singles. (Unit is set back 250 meters from road so very quiet and restful) Table tennis table, and rope swings that supervised children can use.

Four minute drive to Te Awamutu. Good shopping and a choice of many eating out places, restaurants and fast food options. Golf course opposite our driveway. Drive 33 minutes to Waitomo caves, 47 minutes to Hobbiton, Matamata, one hour 33 minutes to Rotorua & one hour 30 mins to Taupo, 30 minutes to Hamilton, 20 mins to Fieldays, one hour to Raglan & 19 minutes to Maungatautari Sanctuary Mountain, one hour 18 mins to Tauranga & Mt Maunganui.

Highly recommend staying at cherry tree lane. Very accomodating for my bridesmaids, flowergirls and I for our stay. Left delicious treats for everyone which was greatly appreciated and a lovely touch. Comfy beds and lovely section. Had kids toys to play with which was nice as I didn’t pack any and kept the kids busy. Lovely people. Thank you for our stay.

An amazing little place to stay, suited the four of us perfectly. Robert and Marian were great hosts welcoming and friendly , loved all the little extras. Hopefully we will be back sometime.
