About this Holiday House

Large Fully furnished 3 Bed Home. Purpose built for a large family / team booking. The facility can sleep up to 4 per room x2 Queen Size Beds in each room + 2 x double bunks. In the open style bathroom there are adjacent double showers and side by side toilets. Seperate laundry area incl Washing Machine. Large commercial open kitchen has plenty of workspace for catering , Commercial Stove, Fridge ,microwave, Air Con,TV. Accommodation must be returned to clean order as was on arrival , a cleaning fee of $200 will apply if left untidy **Any breakages /damage is the responsibility of the user and will be billed for **

Our group had a great stay. Everything we needed and easy to clean

Place is tidy but a lot of things where broken on arrival. Front door didn’t lock with the key, toilet seats broken, handles missing from draws.

CLEANING We do not charge a cleaning fee as you MUST leave our home as check-in condition Clean.
Please make use of the cleaning kit provided ,- if you are unable to clean a fee of $99 per hour min is payable from your bond for us to do light cleaning. Anything heavy will be a charge of $100 per hour min 2 hours. The home needs to be clean ready for the next.
