About this Holiday House

Spacious and peaceful ground floor apartment in residential street across the road from a park and 1 min walk to supermarket. A pleasant 10 min walk or 2 min drive into the town centre. Close to stunning biking and walking trails. Central to all skifields - 20 minutes drive to Coronet Peak base building, 40 minutes to Remarkables and 1 hour to Cardrona. Large space (140m2) with two living areas, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Our guests are always pleasantly surprised how much space there is! A 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive into the Arrowtown town centre. Centrally located for stunning biking and walking trails along the river and in the mountains. Twenty minutes drive to the Coronet Peak base building. Our guests love the luxurious californian king bed, quiet peaceful residential location and call our place a 'home away from home'. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Continental breakfast supplies (coffee, tea, muesli, cornflakes, coffee, milk, spreads), condiments, butter, margarine and cooking oil provided. Accessible bathroom with luxury cotton towels. Four bathrobes and sets of slippers provided. Free unlimited WIFI. 15-20 minutes easy drive from Queenstown. Own courtyard in garden setting with BBQ and table/chairs. Friendly family live upstairs and are available for local advice and tips. Pets ok but only if they are friendly with other animals as we have a cat living on the property - he stays mostly upstairs though as is 20 years old! Please let us know when booking if you intend on bringing your pet. One guest offstreet carpark in driveway and ample onstreet parking (free). All bed linen and towels provided. We ask that the apartment is left basically clean and tidy when you leave (benches wiped, dishes done etc) but laundering of the linen and towels and a full clean will be done by commercial cleaners on departure. Week minimum stay over Christmas and New Year period. High chair, portacot and baby bath available please request on booking. We give a full refund if COVID alert levels prevent travel. We require all guests over the age of 12 to be fully vaccinated and may ask you to present your vaccine pass to be scanned. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Californian King Bed Bedroom 3: Double Bunk (double under single) plus separate single bed.
