While we travel around the South Island a fair bit, this absolutely has hit the top of our "we must return to" list. What a gorgeous property, so much to do, or peace and quiet to do nothing. Perfect. Thank you Lee and Jaap for your welcoming hospitality.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, and just a short walk to Lake Hayes. Jaap and Lee are fantastic hosts and have created a really special hideaway. A beautiful and cozy cottage in the perfect location. Would highly recommend!

Without question one of the best holiday houses to stay in Queenstown. We first stayed with Tussock Cottage in 2015 and is the only house we've stayed more than one occasion on all our holidays. The house is just about a stone throw's away from Lake Hayes. Spectacular scenery. We are so glad we came back. Everything is in top quality condition. Jaap & Lee are the best hosts ever. We would love to come back again. Thank you Jaap & Lee for being such wonderful hosts. :)
