Craig
The best place we stayed in New Zealand - and we've been here for two months! We were a couple with two kids but the accommodation was flexible to suit larger groups. Fantastic open-plan living space and big dining table, combine with limitless firewood for the log-burner. All this on a vast working sheep station with walks and drives that mean you never need to leave the property. Great views of the surrounding mountains, superb friendly hosts and a real slice of rural life in this area. We extended and then tried extending again we liked it that much. It's even nicer than the photos, since there's a big TV room off the kitchen. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. One thing to note is that all bedrooms are accessed externally by covered veranda.
