Brand new to the Russell holiday home market, this immaculate beach house has 4-5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens and ample living areas for the grown ups and the kids, making it the ideal place for holidays. This is the perfect house for two families holidaying together or an extended family situation. If it's seclusion, peace and serenity you are after, you'll find it right here. Although if you need a little more excitement (or perhaps your teenagers do), the town of Russell is only 8 minutes drive away and Paihia also a short drive or ferry ride. The master bedroom features panoramic views of the bay & includes a generous en-suite with walk-in wardrobe. All other rooms have either sea or bush views. In this idyllic spot you can fish off the beach, gather seafood, swim, kayak and launch your boat from the front lawn or leave it on your deep water mooring that comes with this property. This wonderful location has it all and is great for all water sports or simply enjoying the ever changing scene as it unfolds before you as you relax on the deck. This is laid back holidaying at its best. Part of the charm of this place is its’ seclusion – you will never hear any road noise because there is no road! This means that vehicle access is only via the beach but the sand is hard packed so it’s no problem for driving. However this does mean that the home is not accessible by car for an hour or 2 either side of high tide so if you arrive and the water is lapping your front lawn, make use of the carpark at the end of the road, then it is a simple 2 minute walk along the beach. Make a coffee or pour a wine and by the time you’re done you can wander back and collect your vehicle. - There is a Weber available for your use - Kayaks and paddle boards are also available - Cleaning charge is a $180 per visit. - All long weekends are charged at the peak rate and have a minimum of 3 nights stay. - You are welcome to bring a boat for fishing or pleasure cruising and may use our mooring while you stay. Please note that a cleaning fee of $380 is applicable to each booking.
