The Peace - The Tranquility - The Ahhhh relax, you have found it. Villa 2 is a stand alone property located in the individually owned Te Maiki complex. A wraparound deck with views to Paihia and back to Matauwhi Bay. You get the advantage of privacy, being able to follow the sun and also avoid any wind. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants,beaches and craft outlets. Covered car parking. (no boat parking). Free to Air TV + bring own Sky card unit connected.

We had an amazing stay at the Villa, the views are stunning and it’s so peaceful, we loved listening to all the native birds in the bush behind the house. Super comfortable and clean, would love to come back! Thank you!

Beautiful views of the bay and very close walk into town. Really great family accomodation.

Perfect location, high above Russell with stunning views, yet within walking distance of town! The villa is one of 10 in a complex on a hill. Although not in the front row, it still has awesome views and a wrap-around deck with 2 sets of outdoor furniture with sun umbrellas. On weekdays hardly any of the villas were occupied, even at that time of year. There was no wifi, but we had plenty of mobile data, so that didn't worry us. Overall comfortable and private. We loved it.
