Welcome to 13 Poole Lane, Townhouse 2! Come and stay in this beautifully appointed, 4 bedroom high quality townhouse which is centrally located in the middle of prestigious Queenstown Hill. It is a short walk to the heart of Queenstown, where you can enjoy the fabulous restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and many other entertainment venues on offer. Expansive views across Queenstown Bay and continuing around to the Remarkables. Fitted with premium quality fittings and furnishings throughout to make your stay at Rangatira a wonderful and relaxing experience. Apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and two bedrooms have two king single beds. There are also two single beds available in the bedrooms. A portacot can be also requested at the time of booking. Rangatira can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. A deep spa bath available to help you relax after your day on the slopes. Enjoy the views from the bedrooms as well as from the living areas. There are balconies off three bedrooms as well as both the living and dining rooms to enjoy the ambience and views of Queenstown Hill. Enjoy cooking from the gourmet kitchen, with its granite bench tops, double dish drawer, and integrated fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen appliances. The lounge has the benefit of both a gas fireplace. The townhouse remains cozy during winter with underfloor heating in both bedrooms and bathrooms for the winter months. Enjoy the integrated surround sound stereo, integrated with the TV and blu-ray dvd, all controllable through the one picture remote. Sit and enjoy the long summer nights from the balcony, which is equipped with a brand new BBQ and outdoor furniture whilst taking in the fabulous views. Still need to do a little work? There’s even a study for your convenience, but try not to get distracted by the views! Rangatira B is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to make for a wonderful and relaxing stay. There’s both a carspace adjoining the townhouse available for guests as well as an internally accessed lock up garage. Even though the weather was rough, I stayed comfortable. It is a house where you can lie down on a comfortable chair and enjoy the lakes and mountains of Queenstown. And even you can check the Gondola is operating normaly from your veranda. All of my family members were enjoyed in their ways. It is close to the city center and has a great view. Overall, the facilities were convenient and there were enough kitchen fixtures. The person in charge responded quickly and was satisfied. I will visit again next time.
