Affordable comfortable well equipped 3 bedroom family friendly home, with all modern facilities. Lovely spacious modern bathroom. Fully fenced private backyard with plenty of room for a game a cricket and BBQ after a day of exploring Central Otago. Our house is situated in the heart of the popular township of Clyde, with lots of off street parking and local activities to enjoy. Get the friends together and head to Clyde!

Special Amenities

Lovely private setting centrally located and only a short walk to the town centre. Backs onto a large town green space. Awesome views of the surrounding mountains which captures full sun all day.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Close to the start of the popular Central Otago Rail Trail, plus plenty of mountain and road biking tracks. Thirty minute drive to the new Hylands Motor Sport Park in Cromwell and only an hours drive to both Wanaka and Queenstown. Clyde is known as one of the Great Wine Capitals in the world which has numerous vineyards within a short drive. Lake Dunstan is a short drive for all the boating and fishing enthusiasts. Tennis court, bowls club and an 18 hole golf course close by. Clyde has a number of great choices for eating out. There are numerous activities available all year round which can be found on the Clyde Home Page.
