Situated on a two kilometre white sandy ocean beach where you can relax and sunbathe, surf, try your luck at surf casting or just a leisurely stroll. All just a 30 second walk through the sand dunes and you are there on the beach. You do not even have to cross any roads! An 18 hole golf course, game fishing, boat hire, mini golf, tennis and numerous restaurants are all just four minutes away. The beach house has wrap around decks, outdoor open fire (no indoor fire) and BBQ. Outdoor furniture for that evening meal on the deck. The interior is open plan lockwood style, terracotta tiles through the kitchen, dining and lounge area. This comfortable beach house sleeps 7 people (plus 1 extra person to make it 8 if they sleep on a floor mattress). There is one queen bed, one double bed, and a set of bunks that has a double on the bottom and a single on the top. Stereo supplied. Fully equipped laundry.
