At Sundek you will find a classic kiwi Bach by the sea. Located across the road from the estuary and a short 5 minute walk to the lagoon & Kaiteriteri Beach. Sundek is a great spot with stunning estuary & bush views. There is a large flat shared section and a little bush walk to keep the kids happy. Excellent indoor/outdoor flow to a huge sunny deck with BBQ & picnic tables. Many guests comment that they spent most of their holiday enjoying this space! Upstairs you will find a modern kitchen, dining area and a large sunny lounge with Queen size bed. Downstairs is a Queen/single bunk set & a single bed as well as the bathroom with shower & toilet. A separate bedroom with two singles is available. No internal access but just beside the garage. A single lock up garage & shared laundry are available for your use. The internal spiral staircase is quite a feature of Sundeck, however it may be difficult for elderly guests or people with poor mobility. Care needs to be taken with small children as well. At the end of the driveway is the mountain bike park with pump track and excellent trails through stunning forest. Please, no large gatherings or parties. A maximum of six guests. Boats are not permitted and a maximum of two cars.
