This modern home stands on the crest of the hill with stunning views over Kaiteriteri and Little Kaiteriteri beaches and up towards Abel Tasman National Park. All on the one level. There are three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and the third with a set of single bunks. We have carpeted the attached garage and a double bed is in there. Beach is a five minute walk down the track. Large living area and extensive decking. Excellent access. FREE WIFI Table tennis in the garage and children's entertainment. Please note we are sufficient distance from the beach itself to not have the problem of penguins nesting under the house - and the concomitant unpleasant smell.
