We had the best time here. Stayed three nights. Very comfortable, clean, spacious, fab views. Owners are great communicators and easy to deal with. Highly recommended. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Superb location looking out across the estuary. We had fantastic weather it was more sheltered at the house in waikawa than curio bay. We got to swim with dolphins in curio bay 5 minutes drive away and saw yellow eyed pe guin and the fossilized forest. Loved this little township where the house is situated, it was very quiet. The kids loved looking for crabs in the estuary and fishing off the wharf. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and we loved the lounge suite for relaxing on. Wasn't anywhere handy or open to buy food so just make sure you come well stocked.
