Our home is in central, quiet Miro Street, between Turoa Ski field (20 min drive) and central Ohakune (approx.0.8km) with its New World Supermarket, ATM machine, pharmacy, bike shop, gift shop, post office, Gym, restaurants, and more. Our open plan living and dining area are cozily heated by an efficient Masport wood burner with a fire screen. FIREWOOD IS PROVIDED. The comfortable lounge offers SMART TV with YouTube, Netflix, and more. DVD player and stereo. FREE UNLIMITED Wi-Fi. The dining room seats up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, free-standing stove, range-hood, toaster, mixer, rice cooker, Nespresso coffee machine (guests bring own capsules) and much more. TEA TOWELS and HAND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED and essentials such as sugar, salt, tea, coffee, and much more are stocked at your disposal. Please feel free to use what ever you need. The laundry/drying room is well equipped with front door Bosch washing machine and dryer at your disposal. There is a big bathroom with a toilet and another separate guest toilet. Living quarters consist of TWO BEDROOMS with QUEEN SIZE beds and the THIRD BEDROOM with a LONG SINGLE BED and a DOUBLE/SINGLE BUNK bed. Bedrooms are independently heated with electric wall panels for added cosines. Hot WATER starts INSTANTLY - gas powered. PILLOWS, DUVETS INNER, and BLANKETS - ARE PROVIDED with extra supplies available. LINEN are NOT provided. BRING your own sheets and pillowcases, put on top of existing. Don't remove our existing linen and protectors. BATH TOWELS are NOT PROVIDED. PORTABLE-COT for babies is available in the house. Our private, fully fenced property is spacious for children. Easy access and space to on-site (up to 2 cars) and street parking (unlimited). LARGE BIKE SHED has a deadlock. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Check-in from 4 pm (unless arranged differently). All Information will be sent by email as well. Tea Towels and Hand Towels are not allowed to be used for cleaning the floor and dirty shoes. BEFORE YOU LEAVE: Wash the dishes and leave the property tidy. Close all windows and lock the doors. Switch off all heaters. Close the wood-burner.
