Located just two hours south of Auckland on the Coromandel Peninsula, Pauanui is a favourite New Zealand holiday beach resort. Our house is located in Sheppard Avenue, a quiet cul-de-sac, very central and within walking distance to the beach, shops, club, playgrounds, tennis courts, golf course, mini putt, skate park, supermarket, restaurants and cafes. There are two living areas, a modern kitchen, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite is upstairs and has it's own ensuite and lovely views over the Estuary. The fourth bedroom is a self contained apartment at the back of the house. There are two lovely sheltered outside areas that capture all day sun. Wake up in the morning and enjoy lovely outdoor alfresco dining or sit on the deck in the afternoon and enjoy the fabulous estuary views and sunset. There is also a spa pool to relax in after a hard day at the beach! The back area of the house is fully fenced. There is secure off street parking. Room for boat parking.
