About this Holiday House
Picture yourself sitting with a fresh coffee taking in the fantastic Lake views over to snow-capped Remarkables, across to Kelvin heights with the extent of Lake Wakatipu almost up to Kingston skirted by the moody sky and Cecil and Walter Peaks with those of the Humboldt range to the west. We can at Lakeview panoramas – just what you need for your next Queenstown stay.
Living is easy in a quiet, bright, light space with everything you need. Even a nespresso and sodastream for that much needed coffee or bubbles. Major modern appliances are all included along with a large Smart TV: if and when you’re finished with the view. The basics are also covered with a guest laundry with both washer and dryer.
The living room has comfy couches for relaxing and enjoying a book, playing games or turning on that TV. The view is still there too! Make some time to take amazing snaps to share with friends using inclusive WIFI. A reverse cycle aircon (or heat pump in NZ speak) keeps the living area warm.
Three cosy bedrooms are heated underfloor, sleeping six guests comfortably providing three double occupancy rooms in super king beds. The master suite is on the first level with the additional two bedrooms being downstairs. This area also contains the laundry and has additional heating from a Nite store heater. The beds may all be split for single occupants when required, just let us know in advance. The bedrooms are supplemented by a cozy reading corner with another bed which can be handy.
The two bathrooms offer a shower cabinet in the ensuite attached to the master on the main level and downstairs the second bathroom offers a shower over bath. Towels are kept warm with heated towel rails and bathroom heaters, the ensuite also being heated underfloor.
Outside there are two decked areas, each with outdoor dining furniture ideal for soaking up views and sunshine. The main level deck is for alfresco dining and a BBQ not far away.
Located in a quiet hillside settlement midway between the airport and Queenstown township meaning Lakeview Panoramas is the ideal getaway with the closeness of all town offers. A short walk downhill offers world class sustainable dining drinks and coffee at the Sherwood Hotel. This is complemented by driving the car a short distance into town or out to the Frankton area for restaurants, cafés and the basics.
All guests should be aware that outside there are some retained areas without barriers, care needs to be taken to prevent falls. We also have a policy of ensuring that our guests are good neighbours and this includes ensuring that those who book are responsible adults and are guaranteeing that this policy is accepted.
