About this Holiday House

Premium holiday home with expansive grounds and direct access to the beach. 2 floor house,1.5 updated bathroom openplan living with separate lounge 2 bedrooms and conservatory. There is a large deck with outdoor furniture umbrella and bbq to take advantage of the wonderful views across the bay. Adjoining self contained flat with separate kitchen bathroom double bedroom and lounge. Maximum number of Guests including children at the property is seven. The house and adjoining flat are available to let together during the Christmas Holiday period.

The property is slightly elevated with stunning views of the bay and the islands of the gulf. You have direct access to the sandy beach and water below. There is also a large private reserve next to the house which is ideal for summer cricket or other games. Algies Bay is a small sheltered bay only 50 minutes drive from Auckland,ideal for swimming,boating,fishing sailing and diving with Kawau island only 25 mins by boat.There are a wide range of other activities and places to visit nearby including Brick Bay sculpture trail,Tawharangi Regional Park, Vineyards, Cafes, Goat Island Marine Reserve as well as exploring the other bays of the Mahurangi Peninsula.

This clean and tidy house is situated in a beautiful spot very close to the beach, and is bordered by a reserve with lovely gardens. The accommodation was very comfortable for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The host is very helpful and understanding, with excellent communication.
