About this Holiday House

Five bedroom home (3 upstairs and 2 downstairs) plus large rumpus room. Bed configuration: 2 Queen bdrms and 1 dble bdrm upstairs and 2 x Queen brms downstairs plus rumpus room with 2 x Queen and 1 x single. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Massive deck, outdoor furniture and Large Barbecue. Seperate toilet and bathroom upstairs and seperate toilet and shower downstairs. Please note there is no internal access to downstairs - there are stairs on both sides of the house. Freeview TV. Two minute walk to the beach (The photo of the street - the beach and Purangi Reserve are behind the trees at the end. 4 berth boat ramp round the corner.

Park the car and enjoy. End of the road (300m) the beach and reserve - great for the kids young and old. Walk to the shop or simply relax on the large sunny deck. 3 minute car ride to Ferry Landing ferry ride and you are in Whitianga township.

Close to boat ramp and to safe flat beach. 15 minute drive to Hahei for the surf, great walk to Cathedral cove, another 5mins to Hot Water Beach. Great fishing. Whitianga is short ferry ride across from ferry landing Enjoy day trips to explore the rest of the Coromandel Peninsula, summer/winter playground.

Great holiday home in a fantastic location in Cooks Beach. The house is really well set up, it has an amazing large deck. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended. Thanks so much :)

Large comfortable beach house. Which offers outdoor eating. Light and very clean with large kitchen with gas so super to cook on. House provides great opportunity to have summer break with multiple beaches close by. A winery w sea views,tastings less than 5 minutes drive. We had an amazing stay at this bach in Cook Beach! The location was perfect—just a short stroll to the beach, and close to the ferry over to Whitianga. The bach itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the outdoor deck area, great for morning coffee or evening BBQs. Communication with the hosts was easy and friendly, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful escape on the Coromandel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
