Amazing place, would definitely use again catered for everything we needed, would definitely use again and highly recommend!

The house itself was lovely and exactly what we needed with a beautiful view. The only downside is there are multiple security cameras on the property which aren't disclosed on the listing(as they are meant to be). This is the wording I found online "outdoor security cameras at short-term rentals are permitted for security, provided they are disclosed to guests and do not monitor private areas" I understand having one at the front door for security however there is one at the backdoor pointing down onto the chairs where you would naturally sit and enjoy the view (what I would consider a private area) so we didn't feel comfortable hanging out there. I don't see the need for this camera and it felt very awkward walking out on the deck and seeing it. The listing should be updated to reflect the security cameras.

The view from the deck is amazing. Location at Castlecliff Beach in Whanganui is very convenient if you want to go to the beach, or into town or even to the surrounding areas like Bushy Parks or Paloma Gardens. Unfortunately the house was not well cleaned. Bathroom floor was not cleaned at all. Several light bulbs weren’t working. Dead insect everywhere, inside the bathroom lamps, in the living room and in the sun room. We even found a hair tie in the bed room from previous guests. Cushions for the outdoor seating area were moldy. We did not use the jacuzzi as the water was cloudy and dirt was found on the bottom Of the jacuzzi. Housekeeping or maid should be supervised more. Or owners should check the house more regularly. The house is well equipped so even for a stay longer than a few days you’ll got everything you need. Even a washing machine.
