'Deck 146' blends contemporary and relaxing decor to make an inviting home away from home with room for everyone. There are two queen bedrooms, each with ensuite, dressing room and private outdoor areas. Mid-level comprises the study area, fully equipped kitchen and powder room. There are two seating areas which is great when you are a bigger group or if you have kids with you. There is a 55" Panasonic Smart TV which also has a DVD player and SkyTV channels in the main lounge. The smaller 2nd lounge has a 32" Panasonic Smart TV which has a DVD player & a VHS player (for a bit of nostalgia). Both TV's are Netflix capable and we have a great range of DVD's & Videos for your use. The sound system includes and iPod/MP3 player. The house has good cellphone coverage and free WiFi internet. The lower storey contains three twin single bedrooms (one set of which can join up to make a King bed). Two of these rooms share a deck. And they all share the large bathroom with separate toilet. The fully equipped laundry leads out to the outside washing-line. The double garage is ground-floor with plenty of storage space, & there is off-street parking for up to three cars. For Winter warmth, tiled areas have underfloor heating. The gas-fire, nightstore heater, heat-pump & electric blankets take care of the rest. Deborah at 'The Butler' offers optional services ranging from housekeeping to child-minding to an in-house chef.
