We arrived the day after Hanmer had been hit by huge winds, rain and power outages. Coming from Northland, we kept in touch with Seppo and he updated us with all relevant and important info before our arrival. Getting to the houae we found it clean, tidy, plenty of space, and a well equipped kitchen. The views were spectacular! Mountain and village views from the whole front of the house including the main ensuite bedroom upstairs. The fire and huge stack of cut wood was incredible and kept us very cosy all weekend and the washing dry (very necessary when travelling with a baby!) The house isnt super modern our flashy, but it is very comfortable, spacious and has everything you need for a family stay. Seppo was great to deal with, thank you so much 😊

This house has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Lots of space for the kids and great views over Hanmer. Will definitely be booking again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alpine Views. The house had wonderful views, was well equipped and the owners were fantastic to deal with and had the house well prepared for our arrival. The house is within walking distance of the village, with plenty of on and off street parking. I would recommend this property. Thank you.
