The Beach House Matarangi is located at the end of Matarangi in the ‘Pines’ area and 100m from the beach. The Pines private tennis court and Matarangi golf club are within 200m from the house. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. Large decking in the front and rear of the house provides additional outdoor lounge and dining areas. The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a Queen size bed and ensuite; the second bedroom has two king singles - which can also be turned into a double bed if required and the third bedroom has two spacious bunk beds. The outdoor furniture available includes a large dining table, Outdoor BBQ, eight sun loungers and four large lounge chairs on the front deck. There is an outdoor shower. All linen is provided and an outside storeroom contains a washing machine/ Dryer, and an additional fridge/ freezer.
