This Hawea home is a cosy and relaxing house suitable for summer or winter fun. Its central location is less than 5 minutes walk from the Lake Hawea main beach, dairy/restaurant and hotel. Across the road is a park that leads to a children's playground and the Community Centre which has a Library. Wanaka is just 14 kilometres away. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has a log burner, Freeview TV and DVD player with DVDs to watch. Also, there is a DVD player in the bunk room. The bunks are for children. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. A large front deck catches the morning sun and leads to a large front lawn for car and boat parking. Behind the house are a lawn and outside furniture and a barbecue. This area is suitable for entertaining and for children and is sheltered from the prevailing northwest wind. 1x King bedroom, 1x Queen bedroom and 1x bunk room.
