Our near new holiday home has stunning water views from almost every room. Five sets of bi-fold doors open to the expansive deck, making for indoor/outdoor magic. Just a 5-minute walk to the popular swimming beach at Pohara, playground, shop, cafes and bars, it’s elevated enough to enjoy an amazing outlook but still so close to everything. Fully double-glazed, heat pump/air-con and every modern appliance you would expect including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine. WiFi available. We have a large heat pump / air conditioner in the lounge area. There is another head unit in the hallway but this has been decommissioned. We also have panel heaters in all 3 bedrooms Our Property Manager lives nearby and is happy to help with any questions Check in between 4pm and 9pm Check out by 10am
