There are 4 heatpumps/air-conditioning units - one in the living area and one in each of the 3 bedrooms. The outdoor gas fire creates a lovely ambiance on the deck in the cooler evenings. Nespresso coffee machine provided. Wifi, SKY TV (basic, movies and sports), provided for you to enjoy. La Petite Maison can comfortably sleep a maximum of 6 guests. Bedding configuration is: Master bedroom - 1x Super King bed. Second bedroom - 1x Double bed. Third bedroom - 2x Single beds (These beds can be made together to make a Super King bed If you require this you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival). Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $35 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. Please note - this is a smoke-free property. Strictly no parties/events or loud groups allowed. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close. No pets allowed.
