Our warm cedar townhouse boasts a spacious open plan living area with vaulted ceilings leading to a sunny and private deck and courtyard garden. Also on this level are 2 double bedrooms, a family bathroom, and the convenience of an internal access garage. There is also plenty of off-street parking. The house is on the market - so we'll be happy to accept bookings up to 10 weeks out.
Upstairs you'll find a generously proportioned master bedroom complete with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, along with another double bedroom.
Quietly positioned away from the street, yet conveniently located close to St Lukes Mall and an eclectic array of food outlets and restaurants, with easy access to the CBD and beyond. Bus stop beside driveway = great public transport!
PS: the "Super King bed" listed is actually a California King size and the Double is a self activated air bed.
