Kotuku sits on the hill in Little Ngakuta Bay, and is nestled in amongst the bush. A two-minute walk down the drive takes you to the water and a long jetty that stretches into the bay. This allows for swimming from the jetty at any time, whether the tide is high or low. The house consists of three bedrooms. The top bedroom takes in a view of the bay and the mountains. There is another room with a queen bed and then a bunkroom which sleeps four. There is an additional sleep-out off the deck which has a toilet. The living area is large and open-plan, with dining and living all in one. The kitchen is older but functional. There are two bathrooms- a main bathroom and an ensuite off the top bedroom. There is limited Wifi available and Sky TV. We have a mooring available and if you have a boat we would suggest you put the boat on the mooring when you arrive, as there is a carport that the boat can be parked in, but maneuvering it in there can be tricky. There is enough room to park three cars. There is a log burner and wood is available in the winter. A heat pump is also installed. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a barbecue on the deck. If you are lucky you may see glow-worms up the drive and phosphorescence in the water. On one occasion we were lucky enough to swim with dolphins off the jetty. A double kayak is available for you to use. Due to the height of the house (four levels) this home is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. No Groups under the age of 25
