Lower Level - 4. King bed with full sea views. Other: A small kids mattress is also available by request. >2 Bathrooms Main Level - 1: Shower and separate Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Underfloor heating. Other: Separate Toilet with Basin. Lower Level - 2: Shower, Vanity & Toilet. *Special Notes: > No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. > Not suitable for children until further notice - There are low balustrade balconies that present a clear hazard for small children. There is also a shallow fountain at the rear of the property. New balustrades have been ordered expected and expect to be installed mid-Winter. >Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or from 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased. >Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
