Orewa Beach stretches three kilometres along the shoreline and provides ample space for leisurely walks, swimming, water sports or just lounging the day away. Lazy, barefoot days and relaxing evenings by the beach are what it's all about and with direct beach access and nestled away from the road, you’ll never want to leave. Boasting beach views from the upstairs living areas, you’ll love listening to the waves and the deck off the living area is the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun. This inviting holiday home is spread over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests providing three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even a home gym. Upstairs has open plan living/dining/kitchen with deck running length of upper level. Master bedroom with King bed, ensuite, walk in robe and guest toilet are also on this level. Downstairs has two more bedrooms, each with Queen bed, bathroom and 4th room with a small gym and larger deck area. For those keen to hit the beach, there is even a surfboard and a couple of boogie boards available for you to use. Enjoy year-round comfort courtesy of the gas fire, ceiling fans and heat pump in the lounge to keep you warm in winter and cool in Summer. Here, you can effortlessly transition into holiday mode with an easy flat stroll to local cafes, restaurants and many amenities that Orewa’s charming village has to offer but close enough to be within easy reach of Auckland City offering the best of both worlds. Note: house not suitable for children under 12 years due to original lower balcony railing upstairs. Small dog considered on request. Covered in ground spa pool in deck downstairs is not operational and not available for use. Full white bed linens and towels provided - no beach towels, please bring your own.
