The perfect stay for the cycle trail, gliding, fishing, boating, hiking, snow skiing and more. Boasting five spacious queen size bedrooms, with three in the main dwelling and two in a detached unit off the lounge area, there is plenty of space for all of the family to enjoy. A comfortable queen sized bed in each bedroom with beautiful linen and sliding doors to the spacious back lawn and outdoor area makes it perfect for large groups. This batch is excellent for families and small fur babies as is fully fenced. Clean linen is provided and includes towels. Extra linen is stored in the wardrobes of each room if needed. Everything is set up for indoor and outdoor entertaining with an assortment of nice glasses and ice buckets etc. and a coffee machine you are welcome to use. There is an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area opening up onto the outdoor living space. The batch gets all day sun making it lovely and warm. There is also a heat pump and fire in the living and dining area, the outdoor bedrooms have heating and are fully insulated. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and vanity. There is a separate toilet which is always a bonus with large groups and a hot water outdoor shower which is very enjoyable in the summer months. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer plus an extra fridge and freezer if needed for overflow. The patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ in the beautifully peaceful and private back garden has two large umbrellas to provide shade on hot Omarama summer days. There is also an outdoor gas heater and diesel frost pot to keep you warm on cooler evenings. There is plenty to keep you and the kids entertained- a PlayStation with various games for young and old, a separate TV, and DVD player with numerous DVD's, books, games, puzzles, balls, tennis rackets, and various sized bikes with helmets. Through the back gate and across the road you will find a playground, tennis courts, basket ball court, BMX track, off-leash dog park and a short walk to the airfield, shops and local pub. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview in the lounge and a satellite dish is available if you want to bring your own sky card. Off-street parking behind gates is available plus ample parking on the front lawn suitable for boats, trailers and cars alike. Cleanliness is important to us, cleaning products are available for guests to use during their stay if needed. Guests are welcome to bring their own linen and bedding, though this is provided for you. Exit clean can be provided at an extra cost or you may clean up yourselves. All guest interaction is contactless, keys are kept in a lockbox for easy access and self-check-in. We are also very flexible with arrival and departure times.
