This home is idyllic Mount Maunganui. Generous in size, simple beach bach living with a modern and comfortable twist. If you are travelling to the Mount for a beach getaway, surf carnival, relaxation or work, this is where you want to stay. Tucked back down a shared driveway protected from noise and traffic, this is beachside bliss without the hustle and bustle. The view is the hero of the home. As you walk upstairs to the second story you'll be greeted with panoramic vistas of the Bay of Plenty coastline. A renovated open plan kitchen and dining area complement the spacious lounge. The master bedroom with a Californian king bed and a television is located on the top floor, as well as a small single room and main bathroom. Downstairs (entry level) is perfect for a kids zone, with two bedrooms with five beds split across them, one double two singles and two single bunk beds. A washing machine and extra fridge are also located downstairs as well as a another full bathroom. There is a fenced astro turf area for the kids to burn some energy, or a breezy spot for the shade seekers and an outdoor shower is perfect to wash off a day at the beach. Enjoy sunrises with a cuppa, while away the day with a book before wandering across Marine Parade to the beach. Come back home for something cold and quality time with your family - there’s a drawer full of board games to enjoy. Make memories, sit back and relax. Other things to note There is a secure garage for storage of items, but cannot be parked in. There is one small parking spot (but would not fit a boat or trailer), otherwise street parking is available roadside. There is no television in the lounge room, there is one in the master bedroom. There is no barbecue at this home. There is one heat pump, located downstairs. The house has a washing machine and washing line but does not have a dryer. There is no dining table, there is a breakfast bar. There is no bath, but two showers + outdoor shower. This house has adjoining homes on either side. Please bring your own beach towels. No pets are allowed at this property. The main guest who books must be 25 years of age plus Strictly no parties or gatherings Important Note: Please be aware of the following terms and conditions: Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Guest Portal: You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival. Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold. Bond Hold: A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found. Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
