A couple of minutes walk to New World supermarket, Central Parade precinct with plenty of cafes at restaurants to enjoy, or an easy two minutes walk to the beach. A short drive will take you to central Mount Maunganui in minutes. Bring your surfboards, bring your laptop, this home will be the perfect sanctuary for work and play. Please note this property does NOT have a microwave and you need to bring your own beach towels. Other things to note - Booking guests must be aged 25 years or over. - No smoking or vaping at the property please. - No pets on the premises. - There is a strict no party or gathering policy at this home. Important Note: Please be aware of the following terms and conditions: Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Guest Portal: You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival. Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold. Bond Hold: A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found. Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
