Family friendly home in a quiet cul-de-sac in central Taupo with lake views and a large established/private garden with outdoor seating under a covered porch area, spa pool, bbq and lots of space to relax. 5 min walk to local restaurant/bar (Mole & Chicken), and a 10 min walk to the lakefront. Off street parking available for 2-3 cars. The house is split-level, across 3 levels. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on the same level with 2 x King size beds and 1 x King Single bed. These bedrooms are also on the same level as the kitchen, dining and outdoor porch area. There is a fireplace in the kitchen/dining area and wall heaters in the bedrooms. Upstairs is a large lounge with seating for 6-7 people and views of the lake. Note: Downstairs there is an 4th bedroom with 1 x King size bed which guests can access for additional $150 per night. There is a seperate toilet next to this room. The room is locked if guests choose not to use it. Two office spaces - 1 in the single bedroom and 1 in the mezzanine - for working remotely. *Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee ($100 per pet). We ask that pets do not go on the furniture or beds. For longer stays we are happy to offer a discounted rate, please enquire if you would like to stay for more than 2 weeks.
